I made chicken salad last night and it actually turned out pretty well. I took a few liberties with the recipe I found online. It was pretty easy to make
Salad
2 1/2 cooked chicken breast diced
5 strips of bacon (in my opinion it could have used more)
2 celery stalks diced
1 cup of red grapes
1 5oz can of water chestnuts
1/8 cup red onion
Dressing
1 Cup of mayonnaise (or miracle whip)
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Couple Dashes of ginger - roughly 1/4 teaspoon
Splash of lemon juice
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Salad and pepper to taste
Mix Salad ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Toss and Wahlaa!
